V2 Source Map

This v2 documentation is a living framework surface. It should not be written from memory, and it should not drift into generic self-help language.

The source of truth for v2 is distributed across several bodies of work that serve different roles.

Primary Sourcesโ€‹

1. The Bookโ€‹

The book is the main source for:

  • core definitions
  • conceptual precision
  • structural distinctions
  • thesis-level claims

Examples:

  • drift as force, not symptom
  • discipline as the deliberate practice of returning to coherence
  • comeback speed as the metric
  • return as the trainable skill

If a v2 core concept page conflicts with the book, the book wins.

2. CDTโ€‹

Coherence Dynamics Theory is the main source for:

  • theory layer
  • domain-general structure
  • cross-scale reasoning
  • fractality
  • coherence as directional continuity
  • realignment loops
  • resonance and propagation

CDT should deepen the framework, but it should not make the docs unreadable for normal people.

In v2, CDT should be translated into plain language unless a page is explicitly theory-facing.

3. V1 Guidesโ€‹

v1 is the main source for:

  • existing usable explanations
  • framework scaffolding
  • helpful page patterns
  • material that already works for readers

v1 is not automatically correct at the thesis level, but it contains working structure and practical framing that can be refined rather than discarded.

Secondary Sourcesโ€‹

4. Self Disciplined Newsletterโ€‹

The newsletter is the main source for:

  • plain-language framing
  • applied reflection
  • practical examples
  • emotionally honest explanation
  • bridges between theory and everyday life

The newsletter helps keep v2 human.

5. TEDx Talkโ€‹

The TEDx talk is the main source for:

  • public-facing compression
  • memorable explanatory arcs
  • examples that make the framework legible
  • the scaling move from person to system

The talk is especially useful for pages that need conceptual clarity without technical density.

How To Use These Sourcesโ€‹

For core concept pagesโ€‹

Start with:

  • book
  • CDT

Then use:

  • newsletter
  • TEDx

to improve accessibility without changing the thesis.

For framework pagesโ€‹

Start with:

  • book
  • CDT
  • v1

Then use:

  • newsletter
  • TEDx

to improve readability and examples.

For tactical guidesโ€‹

Start with:

  • core concepts and framework pages

Then use:

  • newsletter reflections
  • practical applications
  • audience-specific constraints

Tactical guides should apply the framework. They should not redefine it.

Authoring Rulesโ€‹

  • Do not flatten the framework into generic motivation.
  • Do not force theory language into every page.
  • Do not oversimplify by changing the meaning of core concepts.
  • Keep the writing accessible enough for normal readers.
  • Keep the structure precise enough that the framework remains coherent.
  • Use CDT to strengthen the architecture, not to bureaucratize the docs.
  • Use newsletter and TEDx language to make difficult ideas feel graspable.
